An idyllic country cottage, sitting on a hill, one mile outside the town of Mesa, is Isabelle's cottage. This charming home is one of the original homes to the area. It has been recently renovated maintaining its original charm and character.
Besides the bright, fully supplied kitchen you will find a spacious separate dining room, living room, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a single bed), one bathroom with a shower and a front & side porch with expansive views of the Grand Mesa & painted mountains. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room and a full bed in the sun room open to the kitchen.

Rental Rates for Isabelle's Cottage
The house rents from Friday at 3:00pm MST until the following Friday at 10:00 am MST.
Weekly rate - $900*.
Security deposit - $450.
Cleaning fee - $80
Day rate* - $140 a day with a two day minimum.
Security deposit - half of the total day rate.
Cleaning fee - $80
Full security deposit is due 7 days after reservations are made to secure date. Balance of rent is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
The security deposit is returned within 30 days after checkout minus the cleaning fee.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood so the maximum amount of people sleeping in the house is six. Please discuss any special requests with Lorraine. Violation of the maximum amount of people (6) will forfeit the security deposit.
* $1,300 a week of Christmas and New Years
$185 a night during the weeks of Christmas and New Years
